Trump reports several injuries and no deaths among US forces who captured Maduro
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe US forces that captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro suffered a few injuries and no deaths, President Donald Trump tells Fox News in a telephone interview.
Trump adds that he watched live as US special forces captured Maduro in the daring raid, saying it looked like “a television show.”
“I mean, I watched it, literally, like I was watching a television show. And if you would have seen the speed, the violence,” Trump says.
According to Trump, Maduro was was captured from a highly guarded “fortress.”
