US tells Israel no change in Iran policy after Trump offers talks — source
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAfter US President Donald Trump offers to meet his Iranian counterpart without preconditions, an Israeli diplomatic source says Israel has been informed this does not signal a shift in the US stance toward the Islamic Republic.
“Senior American officials told Israel there is no change in its tough policies toward Iran,” the Israeli source says.
“Israel is in continuous contact with the American administration,” the source adds.
