It’s time for some Comedy for Koby again, the successful comedy show created by American comic Avi Liberman in support of the Koby Mandell Foundation.

Liberman will bring his comical colleagues for some stage time in Israel from May 27 through June 2, at six locations in Israel.

This season’s trio includes Alonzo Bodden, a comic veteran who has appeared on many of the late-night comedy shows, and has had two of his own Showtime comedy specials.

Bodden will appear alongside Jessica Kirson, known for her character mimicry and YouTube channel, “The Jessy K Show.” She also has a podcast, “The Jessica Kirson Podcast,” and has appeared on many TV comedy shows, including on Comedy Central and Nickelodeon.

The third comic is Moody McCarthy, a stand-up comedian who has performed on “Conan,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and others, with material that’s been described as original but universal, and smart without being trite.

Rabbi Seth and Sherri Mandell established the Koby Mandell Foundation in 2001 after their 13-year-old son Koby and his friend Yosef Ishran were brutally murdered by terrorists near their home in Israel. The foundation runs retreats and other programs for those whose lives have been affected by terrorism.

The performances are in Jerusalem on Sunday, May 27; in Tel Aviv on Monday, May 28; in Modiin on Tuesday, May 29; in Beit Shemesh on Wednesday, May 30; in Gush Etzion on Thursday, May 31 and in Herzliya on Saturday night, June 2. Tickets are available on the Comedy for Koby website.
