Girl and her mother badly burned in Tel Aviv fire

The two are hospitalized in serious condition

Two people, a girl and her mother, were seriously hurt early Friday morning in a fire in a Tel Aviv apartment building.

Paramedics took the two to a hospital, where they were put on life support in an induced coma.

Medics said the mother, who is in her 40s, suffered second- and third-degree burns on some 60 Percent of her body, while the daughter, 12, also suffered from burns along with smoke inhalation.
