A British military helicopter made an emergency landing Sunday near an West Bank minefield after one of the aircraft’s engines failed in mid-flight, Sky News reported.

The aircraft, a Chinook transport helicopter, was flying from Amman, Jordan, to Cyprus when it experienced technical difficulties and was forced to alight near the West Bank city of Jericho.

None of the helicopter’s flight crew were reported injured, the British news agency said.
