UK judge raps neo-Nazi in profanity-laced exchange
Defendant John Hennigan calls Patricia Lynch QC ‘a bit of a c**t’; unfazed, she tells him: ‘You are a bit of a c**t yourself’
A British judge and a neo-Nazi defendant had an expletive-laden exchange in an Essex court, after the latter called her “a bit of a c**t.”
According to a report in the Sun newspaper on Wednesday, Patricia Lynch QC was unfazed after the attack by defendant John Hennigan at Chelmsford Crown Court. She replied: “You are a bit of a c**t yourself. Being offensive to me doesn’t help,” shocking those present.
Hennigan then told Justice Lynch to “Go f**k yourself.” She replied: “You too.”
The defendant then started hammering on the glass panel of the dock, performed a Nazi salute, shouted “Sieg Heil,” and began to sing “Jews, gas them all.”
An apparently unflustered Lynch then ordered him to be taken away.

Hennigan, 50, was sentenced to 18 months in jail for making racist remarks to a black woman; it was his ninth violation of an ASBO — Anti Social Behaviour Order.
According to the Essex Chronicle, Hennigan had 23 convictions for 47 offenses, including eight previous breaches of an ASBO.
In 2012, Hennigan breached his ASBO by performing a Nazi salute and calling black people “c**ns and “n*****s.” At the time an Old Bailey judge described him as “a disgrace to the values of this country.” Hennigan claimed that he had only been raising his arm to collect his change after paying for a drink, according to the Guardian.
At last! A judge with some sense and drive.
