Details of Iran framework emerge
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleReuters reports that Iran will suspend more than two-thirds of its centrifuges as part of the deal, and nuclear facilities will be monitored by the West for ten years. Enriched uranium supply will be diluted or shipped to a third-party country, it says.
