Health Ministry files against man who injected Botox illegally

The Health Ministry files a complaint against Shlomo Levin, a man who is alleged to have impersonated a surgeon and injected patients with Botox, without ever having received a physician’s permit.

Levin, who operated from a clinic at the Dizengoff Center mall in Tel Aviv, used the name Dr. Anatoli Bahrav, Ynet reports.
