Hot-air balloon festival offers to donate ticket funds to southern residents
Organizers of the now-canceled hot-air balloon festival at Habsor National Park near Gaza say they will refund ticket-holders.
But they are also offering ticket holders the option of donating the cost of the tickets instead to groups helping residents of the south cope with the latest escalation in violence.
