The IDF says it killed a terror operative who crossed the Yellow Line, demarcating the military’s withdrawal, and approached troops in the northern Gaza Strip earlier today.
The operative had “posed an immediate threat” to the forces stationed in the area, the military says, adding that shortly after he was spotted, the Israeli Air Force struck and killed him “to remove the threat.”
The military says it remains deployed in Gaza “in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.”
