Palestinians say 16 members of single family killed in Gaza shelling
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry is reporting that 16 members of the same family were killed overnight when an IDF tank shell hit their home in the southern Gaza Strip.
The incident occurred hours before the 12-hour humanitarian ceasefire between Israel and Hamas went into effect at 8 am.
Health ministry spokesman Ashraf Al-Qudra says the members of the Al-Najjar family were trapped in their home in Khuzaa village, east of Khan Younis.
