Police probing motive of Palestinian nabbed in Jaffa
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn armed Palestinian man was arrested near Clock Tower Square, a major landmark and tourist attraction in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Channel 12 reports.
Police are probing whether the man had been planning a terror attack, or whether the weapons were intended for sale on the black market for use by criminals involved in non-nationalistic activity, according to the channel.
The arrest was carried out by the police’s Yasam anti-terror squad, according to Walla news.
