Police say they found rocket remains north of Beersheba

Police say they have found remains from a rocket fired at the southern city of Beersheba earlier Thursday, setting off sirens in the town for the first time since the 2014 Gaza War.

The rocket landed in an open area north of Beersheba, causing no injuries or damage, a police spokesman says.
