Reports: Israel tries, fails to assassinate Hamas spokesman in Gaza

Hamas-affiliated media in the Gaza Strip report that Israel attempted to assassinate the terror group’s spokesman, Hazem Qassem, in a strike on a vehicle in Gaza City. According to the reports, the assassination attempt failed.

It is not yet clear whether Qassem was inside the vehicle or in its immediate vicinity at the time of the strike.
