Two Palestinians killed in strike in Rafah

Two Palestinians are killed in an Israeli airstrike in Rafah, near the border crossing with Egypt, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli media reports that one of the men was a terror operative.

Earlier tonight, a 77-year-old Palestinian man was killed in an air strike in Khan Younis, also in southern Gaza, as Israel resumed its airstrikes in the Palestinian enclave following Hamas’s rejection of an Egyptian initiative for a cease-fire.
