An El Al plane made an emergency landing at Ben Gurion Airport shortly after it took off on Thursday afternoon.
The plane, a Boeing 737 carrying 130 passengers, was on its way to Vienna when the pilot discovered a malfunction in the aircraft’s fuel systems and announced an emergency situation.
Airport crews cleared the runways and prepared for the emergency landing. The plane made a successful landing and no one was injured.
