Weapons were stolen overnight Friday from a Border Police base in central Israel.
Seven M-16 rifles and one pistol were stolen from the personal lockers of border policemen on a heavily guarded base near Maccabim.
Security forces were investigating the incident and trying to locate the perpetrators.
