Army cancels classes for all schools within 40 km of Gaza Strip
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAs terror groups continued to fire rockets and mortar shells at Israel, the IDF announced it was keeping in place a number of security measures for the Israeli cities and towns within approximately 40 kilometers of the Gaza Strip for the following day.
All schools in the area are canceled for Monday. Workplaces in the region will only allowed open if they have access to a bomb shelter. Gatherings of more than 300 people are not allowed, including in shopping centers, the army says.
There are no special safety instructions for the rest of the country.
