Russian diplomats criticize US Golan recognition — report
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleRussia reportedly oppose US President Donald Trump’s recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
“We oppose any change in the status of the Golan Heights,” unnamed Russian diplomats are quoted as saying by the Kan public broadcaster. “Any such change should be made in a very different manner, not in a tweet but as a decision by the UN Security Council.”
