Hamas man gets 15.5 years in prison
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA Hamas terrorist was given a verdict of 15.5 years at the Beersheba District Court.
The man was caught during fighting by IDF forces near a kindergarten in the Gaza Strip. He tried to set of a bomb against the soldiers and then to kidnap one of them.
Muhammad Abu-Draz, 24, confessed in a plea bargain and was convicted for membership in an unlawful organization, possession and use of weapons, illegal military training, conspiracy to commit a crime, attempted murder, and other allegations.
