IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi, during a visit to southern Gaza’s Rafah yesterday, tells troops that Iran has multiple tentacles that have to be confronted.

“It’s all connected. It’s all Iran,” he says.

“That drone [fired at Tel Aviv] is Iran. Yes, the Houthis took it, upgraded it, gave it this range or that range. And here [in Gaza] is Iran. The money for the subterranean [tunnels of Hamas] is Iran. And we are fighting Iran with great determination.

“Ultimately, there is an octopus with tentacles. You are fighting here against one tentacle, we are fighting in other places against other tentacles, and this requires excellence against each of them,” he says.
