Rivlin slams PM’s Arab voters remarks
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleCentral Elections Committee chairman Salim Joubran presents President Rivlin with the official results of the elections.
Rivlin takes the opportunity to lambaste Netanyahu for his comments on Arabs voting in “droves” on Election Day.
“Woe to us if we see the fulfillment of the democratic responsibility of voting as a curse,” Rivlin says. “Whoever it afraid of votes in the election booth will in the end receive stones in the streets.”
