Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu intends to head to the US as planned this week, despite the Israeli strike on the Houthis in Yemen and its potential consequences, Channel 12 reports.

Channel 12 also says, without sourcing, that, along with his planned meeting with US President Joe Biden at the White House on Monday, and his speech to a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, Netanyahu is aiming to meet with Republican presidential nominee and former president Donald Trump.
