Coexistence with Iran “under its current behavior” is impossible, says an Emirati minister.

“Continued Iranian aggression makes coexistence with the Iranian regime under its current behavior impossible, and addressing the Iranian threat—including nuclear, missile, drone programs, and maritime security—is essential for sustainable peace,” says UAE Minister of State Khalifa bin Shaheen Al Marar, according to the country’s Foreign Ministry.

At a virtual Arab League meeting, Marar says, “the Arab League now faces a crossroads: either adopt full solidarity and a firm stance against Iranian terrorism or risk becoming ineffective in addressing major challenges.”
