16-year-old shot and killed in Kafr Qara; no reports of arrests

In a statement, police say that the motive for the killing appeared to be criminal rather than nationalistic.
There are no reports of arrests.
The killing comes a few hours after a 42-year-old man was shot and killed in Lod. Reports say law enforcement believed the killing to be part of a feud between criminal organizations.
