After attack on Palestinian family, two Israelis detained by IDF, released; details passed to police

Two Israeli suspects were detained by the military in what it described as a “friction incident,” the IDF says in response to a query from The Times of Israel, after masked individuals were filmed beating a Palestinian family in the Ramallah area yesterday.
According to the IDF, the suspects were detained and questioned but were later released, and their details were transferred to the police.
The IDF has not yet provided a full response regarding why they were not handed over to the police, as is typically done in such cases.
