Biden warns Russia: ‘Don’t even think about moving’ on ‘inch of NATO territory’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleWARSAW, Poland — US President Joe Biden calls the conflict in Ukraine a “strategic failure” for Russia, but says ordinary Russians are “not our enemy.”
“Let there be no doubt that this war has already been a strategic failure for Russia,” Biden says in a speech at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
He also says in a warning to Russia: “Don’t even think about moving” on an “inch of NATO territory.”
