British police confirm deadly Manchester synagogue attack an act of terror; 2 more suspects arrested

British police confirm that they believe the deadly attack at a Manchester synagogue to have been an act of terror.
Assistant Commissioner Laurence Taylor, the British national head of counter-terrorism, says that police believe they know the identity of the attacker.
Taylor says that two further suspects have been arrested in connection with the “appalling” attack.
Two people were killed and three seriously injured in the attack.
