Fire breaks out at Bnei Brak Hasidic center, child hospitalized for smoke inhalation — rescue service

Firefighters are working to put out flames at a center of the Nadvorna Hasidic sect in Bnei Brak, the Fire and Rescue Service says in a statement.

Students and educational staff were evacuated from the building, and one child was taken to a hospital after inhaling smoke, the statement says, describing his injury as light.

A fire investigator has been called to the scene to probe what caused the flames, the statement adds.
