Palestinian media outlets report that a 16-year-old was shot dead during an incident involving settlers, accompanied by Israel Defense Forces troops, in the village of Jaljilya near Ramallah in the West Bank.
Footage captures sounds of gunfire, but it remains unclear who shot the teenager.
There is no immediate comment from the IDF. It is unclear if the troops and settlers arrived in the Palestinian village together.
Earlier today, settlers reported that a herd of animals had been stolen from a nearby farm and said searches had begun to locate the missing livestock.
The settlers were filmed taking livestock from the Palestinian village while accompanied by the Israeli troops.
