Ukraine: Over 210 civilians have been killed and 1,100 wounded in Russian invasion

A Ukrainian official tells the BBC that over 210 civilians have been killed and 1,110 injured in Russia’s invasion.
At least two children are among the dead.
The official says that hospitals, ambulances and residential buildings have been targeted. The official also says that an orphanage has been shelled.
Ukraine also claims that 4,300 Russian troops have been killed. Moscow has not released any casualty figures.
None of the figures could be independently verified.
