Driver apparently loses control of vehicle, strikes pedestrians in Tel Aviv

A car drove onto the sidewalk striking near a coffee shop in northern Tel Aviv striking pedestrians, among them a 6-year-old boy, police say.

The three victims, among them the driver, were taken to Ichilov Hospital in conditions from moderate to good.

An initial police investigation concludes the driver lost control of the vehicle and did not intend to hit the pedestrians.
