From August 1, all cars that carry children under 4 must have alert system
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleFrom August 1, Israeli law will require every car transporting a child under the age of four to have an alert system installed that prevents children from being forgotten inside.
The reform pushed by Transportation Minister Miri Regev follows a number of tragic cases in recent years of young children dying of heatstroke after being forgotten in their parents’ cars.
