IDF under 20 rockets fired from Lebanon in latest volley; some downed, others hit open areas

Fewer than 20 rockets were launched from Lebanon at northern Israel a short while ago, the military says.
According to the IDF, some of the rockets were intercepted while the others were allowed to hit open areas “according to protocol.”
There are no reports of injuries, medics say. Sirens had sounded in the Galilee Panhandle and Western Galilee.
The IDF Home Front Command says civilians in areas where sirens sounded can now leave bomb shelters, but should still remain close to them.
