IDF says Palestinian who drew air gun on soldiers in Hebron is shot

A Palestinian suspect who drew an air gun at troops at a military post in the West Bank city of Hebron was shot, the army says.
Soldiers of the Paratroopers Brigade initially thought it was a real gun and opened fire on the man, seriously wounding him.
“After an investigation at the scene, it emerged that it was an air gun,” the military says.
