Into the third week
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleOperation Protective Edge is now entering its third week after a day of bitter fighting that raised the IDF death toll to 25. Rockets are still hitting Israel, although in slightly lower numbers. John Kerry and Ban Ki-moon are in the region, amid conflicting reports of progress toward a ceasefire — a ceasefire that it is by no means clear Hamas wants, or that Israel could be satisfied with.
