An Israeli woman was lightly injured after Palestinians hurled stones at her car in the West Bank this morning, the military and medics say.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service says it treated a 62-year-old woman who was injured by the stone-throwing on the Route 60 Highway, near the Palestinian village of Sinjil.

The IDF says two other cars were damaged in the area by the stones.

“Forces began searches for suspects,” the military says, adding that troops have also encircled Sinjil amid that effort.
