Lapid okays NIS 30m. for Ashkelon hospital
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIn a visit to Ashkelon’s Barzilai hospital, Finance Minister Yair Lapid announces he will transfer NIS 30 million ($8.7 million) to the medical center immediately to fortify the hospital walls.
He also pledges to compensate southern residents, saying “We will not forsake the residents of the south.”
Health Minister Yael German accompanies Lapid on the tour.
