A Palestinian family from the village of Arraba in the northern West Bank was removed from its home yesterday for about 24 hours due to a cornerstone-laying ceremony held for the settlement of Einav Dotan, which was established near the village, a Palestinian resident of the area tells The Times of Israel.
According to the resident, who asked not to be named, IDF troops instructed the family to leave their home yesterday. The specific reason for the evacuation was unclear.
After the cornerstone-laying ceremony was held this morning, the family was allowed to return home in the past few hours, the resident says.
The IDF has yet to respond to a Times of Israel request for comment.
