UN envoy urges restraint as Temple Mount flareup mounts
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleUN Middle East envoy Nikolay Mladenov expresses concern over recent events at the Temple Mount, as Israel shut the site after Palestinians hurled a Molotov cocktail at a police post.
“Restraint must be shown to avoid inflaming an already tense situation. The status quo must be fully respected by all,” Mladenov tweets.
