The Democrats chairman Yair Golan criticizes the High Court of Justice for upholding Justice Minister Yariv Levin’s right to appoint an official to supervise the Sde Teiman investigation outside the prosecution bodies.

“The High Court chose to stick to the dry letter of the law while facing a dangerous justice minister who sees the destruction of democracy, the judicial system, and the rule of law as his life’s mission,” he charges in a post on X. “We must stand up to Levin and the gang of destroyers of democracy and the rule of law.”
