Yesh Atid taps former Zionist Council chief Oz Haim to replace outgoing MK Toporovsky

Yesh Atid says Oz Haim, head of the Zionist Council in Israel, will enter the Knesset following MK Boaz Toporovsky’s announcement earlier today that he is stepping back from politics.
Haim will enter the Knesset to fill Toporovsky’s seat after leading the Zionist Council of Israel for four and a half years.
The council operates under the umbrella of the World Zionist Congress, which oversees major Zionist institutions, including the World Zionist Organization, the Jewish Agency and Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund, and allocates some $1 billion annually to Jewish causes worldwide.
