The Defense Ministry on Wednesday began the removal of structures from the West Bank outpost Migron, which saw its 50-odd families peacefully evicted on Sunday in compliance with a High Court ruling.

Ministry officials said they had started removal of the trailers, classified as temporary structures, on Wednesday morning, and that six permanent buildings would be dismantled next week. The trailers were not destroyed, but stored in a separate location.

The Migron evacuation followed six years of legal proceedings at the High Court of Justice.
