Cops foil attempt by Palestinian to smuggle gun into military court
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSecurity forces today foiled an attempt to smuggle a homemade gun into the Samaria Military Court — the third attempt in a week to smuggle in weapons at the West Bank facility.
A Border Police guard in charge of security checks at the entrance to the courthouse noticed a Palestinian man acting suspiciously outside and after searching him, found the weapon, the Israel Police say.
The man, 19, was arrested.
This comes days after stopping a group of Palestinians from smuggling pipe bombs into the court.
