East Jerusalem man arrested for keeping kestrel
An East Jerusalem man is arrested after a search of his house yielded a common kestrel. Keeping birds of prey is against the law, and moreover the creature was kept in an improvised cage without food or water, police say. The kestrel was handed over to the Nature and Parks Authority.
