Netanyahu and Rubio set to kick off lengthy meeting on Gaza, Qatar

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to begin hosting US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in his office in Jerusalem for a three-hour meeting scheduled for 10 a.m.

The two are slated to give statements after the sit-down, which is expected to focus on Gaza, Israel’s recent strikes on Hamas in Qatar, Iran and other bilateral issues.

At 4 p.m., Netanyahu will participate in the “Fifty States, One Israel” event at the Foreign Ministry, welcoming state legislators from all 50 US states.
