Netanyahu: Erdogan criticism has ‘anti-Semitic tone’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePrime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan apparently doesn’t distinguish between a murderous terrorist organization, Hamas, which is out to destroy the Jewish state, and a democratic state trying to defend itself.
He says the remarks have an “anti-Semitic tone” and “are more appropriate to Tehran or al-Qaeda.”
In a speech on Saturday, Erdogan had accused Israel of “barbarism that surpasses Hitler.”
