The death toll from Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip has risen to 17 after a spate of new attacks on terror-related targets, the Palestinian Ma’an news agency reports.
In the latest strike, a child is reportedly killed and two others wounded in an airstrike on the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City.
Earlier this evening, a 30-year-old man, Suleiman Salman Abu al-Sawaween, was killed in an airstrike on al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis.
Channel 2 reports that the IDF is telephoning homes it intends to strike where Hamas operatives are believed to live, tells occupants to leave, then fires a blank shell at the building, and then fires live ammunition.
