Rishon Lezion beach evacuated
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe beach of Rishon Lezion, located eight kilometers south of Tel Aviv, is evacuated.
Though no rockets have hit the city, the fourth-largest in Israel, in the recent escalation in violence out of Gaza, M-75 and Fajr rockets were fired at it during Operation Pillar of Defense in 2012. A Fajr rocket hit a residential building, injuring several people and causing damage.
