Shin Bet chief meets with Lapid for first time since entering post

Shin Bet chief David Zini met with opposition leader Yair Lapid this evening for a first meeting since entering the role, the security agency says.
The Shin Bet says Zini gave Lapid a security briefing and an “operational update,” and the pair also discussed “the importance of the Shin Bet’s activity to thwart threats in the various arenas.”
